Return & Refund Policy
At Attraxion Magnets, we take pride in creating custom photo magnets that bring your memories to life. Each item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because your magnets are personalized, our return and refund policy is slightly different than for non-custom items. Please review the policy below:
Custom Orders – All Sales Are Final
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom photo magnets unless they arrive damaged or with a production error.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error (e.g., wrong image, incorrect size, or spelling mistake caused by us), we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
Once we review and approve your request, we will send a replacement at no extra charge or offer a refund if a replacement is not possible.
Incorrect Photo or Text Submitted
Please double-check your uploaded images and any text before placing your order. Since we print exactly what is submitted, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for customer errors such as:
- Low-resolution or blurry images
- Typos in names or text provided
- Wrong image uploaded
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
