Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
As our products are made-to-order and personalised, please allow extra processing time during peak periods (sales, holidays, or high order volumes).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We ship all orders using Australia Post.
📦 Standard Shipping (Australia Post)
- Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days after dispatch
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location (metro vs regional areas)
⚡ Express Shipping (Australia Post Express Post)
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Available for most Australian locations
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your parcel directly through Australia Post.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Australia Post network delays
- Peak periods (Christmas, Mother’s Day, sales events)
- Weather events or unforeseen disruptions
We are not responsible for delays once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, but we are always here to help if you need support tracking your parcel.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
